7 foods to add to your diet this summer

You know that in summer ,being outdoor most of the time increases the risk of dehydration and skin sensitivity So the simple and delicious solution is to include these foods in our diet.

1.Watermelon

Watermelon is a hero when it comes to hydration.watermelon’s high water content keeps you cool and hydrated.Apart from being delicious it’s high water content will keep you full for longer time  aiding in weight loss.So that’s a bonus.It also contains lycopene which protects our cells from sun damage.So we do get a lot of benefit with this delicious  fruit so what are you waiting for girls.munch on watermelons !!!!

2. Yogurt /Curd

Make Sure to have a bowl of yogurt everyday to keep yourself cool and hydrated.Its a delicious coolant.you can also add some fruits to the chilled curd to make a lip smacking and  wholesome desert or simply have it as spicy buttermilk.

3. Coconut Water

Having coconut water is the best thing one can do on a hot sweaty day.Its feels heavenly.I hope you agree with me on this.I am a hardcore lover of coconut water due to its taste and health benefits.coconut water is like a golden fluid which has wonderful cooling properties and is full of health benefits.coconut water has cancer fighting and anti aging property as well.

 4.Cucumber

Cucumber contains 95% water content that helps to keep us hydrated at the same time helps our body to eradicate all the toxins.cucumber is also very good for our skin and hair.Being low in calories and high in water content it is a perfect food for those who want to shed few kilos.So there is no reason not to include this in our diet.

5.Lime water

Lemon can enhance the taste of water hence increase our water intake during summer. Lemon water is an excellent antioxidant and a great source of vitamin c and minerals like potassium, magnesium and phosphorus.So apart from helping in hydration it has lot more health benefits.

6.Tomato

We know that sunscreens are our best friend in summer but eating tomatoes can give you that extra protection as it contains lycopene. As mentioned above lycopene helps fight sun damage.Also it loaded with multiple nutrients like potassium, vitamin B6, folate, dietary fiber, manganese, magnesium, niacin, and vitamin E.So consider including them in your diet for a healthy life.

 7.Orange

orange is rich in potassium,A nutrient that  is very important for us.We lose potassium through sweat which leaves us in risk for muscle cramps.eating orange keeps the supply on and helps us cope with the lose and keeps muscle cramps away.Also orange is 80% water so it helps in hydration in the hot sweaty weather.
