Tip 7 : Meditation-Now you may be thinking that why i have included here.Wait a minute…Stress plays a big part in weight gain now a days and what could be better than meditation for stress management.A  10 minutes of meditation session will calm your body and rejuvenate you to get going for the day.Trust me it will do wonders for you mentally as well as physically.
