7 Best Beauty Resolutions For Perfect Skin In 2018

Hello Lovely Ladies,

Wish you all a very happy ,healthy and prosperous new year ahead.May this year all your dreams come true.How are you doing? Already 4 days passed in new year but I still feel like it has just started.Well tell me how’s your start of the year.Are you enjoying it ? What are the resolution that you have made for this year to make it more productive and  a happy healthy year.

Apart from being productive I have listed down my resolution for 2018 that I am planning to stick to for the perfect skin .Do read them and and if you like them you can  also try to follow few of them.Do let me know  if you have something to add to this list.I would be more than happy to include that in my bucket 🙂 🙂

Lets start with the list 🙂

1.Drink More  Water

Water is the vital element which cleanses our body from inside ,removes toxin from our body and gives us clear complexion.But Damn it I always find it hard to make it 8-10 glasses everyday.But not anymore.No matter what I have started following it in new year and will stick to it .

If you are like me and find it difficult to make it 8-10 glasses follow some of the tips below which I am having a great success with.

  • Keep a bottle filled with water with you always.
  • Put a reminder on your phone  as “Its water Time”
  • Buy your favorite colorful water bottle
  • Try to make flavored water by mixing some lemon ,cucumber pieces and mint leaves

2.Remove Your Makeup Before Going To Bed

No excuse on this part.Even if you super tired and feel like going to bed right away.Please don’t.Remove your make up before heading to bed.If you are feeling too lazy then use remover wipes but make sure you are hitting the bed with clear skin which can breath properly and fight the damage already  done to your skin.

3.Stick To Your CTM Routine

A regular Cleansing Toning and Moisturizing is necessary for healthy,glowing  and young looking skin so make sure to follow your CTM routine everyday after waking up before indulging in your daily chores and in the evening when you are about to finish your day.

This way you will make sure that your face is free from any makeup residue, oil and dirt and can breath properly .Try following this just for 15 days and I sure the result will drive you further to use it on a daily basis .

4 . Exfoliate Regularly

Exfoliate your face and neck twice weekly to remove dead cells off your skin and uncover young and radiant skin beneath.Exfoliation also makes it easy for your skin care products to penetrate your skin surface and work effectively.So make sure to exfoliate your skin on  regular basis.

5 .Eat a Well Balanced Diet

Now I am sure I do not need to stress enough on the importance of this.All of us are aware of this yet we end up munching our favorite burger.I am not saying you too cut that off 100 % but of course try to minimize it as much as possible.

Eat a lot of seasonal fruits and vegetables everyday to provide nutrition to your body as well as skin.Include protein rich food in your meals like pulses,eggs etc as much as possible.

6. 6-8 Hours of Beauty Sleep

Make sure that you are sleeping at least  6 hours everyday and if possible make it to 8 hours.Beauty sleep is necessary to repair our skin  and If you follow this you will wake up with happy and young looking skin in the morning.

7. Exercise At Least 4-5 Days a Week

Many of us neglect this in our daily lives as we think we have much better things to do but mind it.You try to do include this in your routine and You will start loving it.It will not only give you toned body but a happy and radiant skin as well.So ladies trust me and start exercising as per your convenience.

You don’t need to hit the gym rather try some easy tips mentioned here

  • Take stairs rather than lift whenever possible
  • Skip ropes as it is entertaining as well as it will help you burn few calories
  • Walk for half and hour everyday and chat with your friends while doing so
  • Try stretching in the morning for few minutes when you wake up
