I like to wear sindoor on a daily basis be it with ethnic wear or with western wear I like to flaunt my marital status but that’s just me.But even if you don’t wear it regularly using a herbal product has its own advantages .Isn’t it ?
I keep trying various brands of sindoor specially liquid sindoor because I don’t like powder once ,they get really messy for me. So I thought to review the sindoor which I am currently using from the brand Shahnaz Husain

INGREDIENTS: Aqua/Water, Polysorbate-20, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Sorbitol, Centella asiatica Extract, Xanthan Gum, Emblica officinalis Fruit Extract, Triethenolamine, DMDM Hydantoin, Parfum, CI 12120, CI 15880.
My experience with Shahnaz Husain Herbal Sindoor
As I am not a fan of maroon Sindoor and I love Red so for me Its a perfect red colour ,neither too bright nor too dull just beautiful blood red colour which is why I love it.I have been using this sindoor since quiet a long time and has not experienced skin irritation so far.
Being a natural product lover I can not get over this as I believe products from Shehnaj Husain are more or less natural compared to others and safe for daily use.So if you are like me and want a red herbal sindoor you can give it a go.
Packaging
It comes in a packaging similar to any liquid lipstick or gloss in a sleek bottle with golden colour cap with nozzle which fits perfectly.The cap is basically attached to a sponge applicator which is easy to work with.I have carried it around many times while travelling I can say that its completely spill free and apt to carry in your handbag while travelling.
Consistency
Consistency is more like a thick cream and is easy to apply however apply a thin layer only as it will dry easily and settle.If you apply it thick it will take time to dry and also can be rubbed off easily.It is nicely pigmented and a single swipe gives nice blood red color which looks pretty good.
Fragrance
I really could not figure out any fragrance but That’s just me.you can experience a very mild natural fragrance as the product says.
Staying Power
It stays whole day for me but its not waterproof and can be removed completely with plain water. I don’t even want my Sindoor to be waterproof but if that is your requirement then this one is not for you.

Final Take : Overall It is a good day to day use Sindoor which is budget friendly as well as herbal so you can pick it up if you love going natural.
