As I have combination skin,I always find it a bit difficult to get a perfect moisturizer for me.I love my neutrogena oil free moisturizer as well.But this one from ponds gave a tough competition to neutrogena one.So let’s start with the review.

This is a water based moisturizer which keeps my skin moisturized without making it oily or greasy.It does contain hyaluronic acid which is well known to lock moisture in your skin and make it soft and supple.It also contains vitamin E which is very good antioxidant ,protects our skin from sun damage and soothes our skin.

My Experience With Ponds Super Light Gel Moisturizer
Well while sharing my experience ,I always like to start with packaging so let’s start with packaging of this ponds moisturizer.
Packaging:
Ponds super light gel comes in a plastic tub which looks good but could have been better because tub packaging seems to be a bit unhygienic as every time I need to dip my finger into it.
Texture:
Texture of this moisturizer is translucent gel like and it more or less looks like rice starch to me 😛 .It just vanishes in my skin in few seconds and I don’t even feel that I am wearing any moisturizer so I can say that it is really very very lightweight.
Performance:
I being a combination skin girl always find it difficult to get a moisturizer which works well for my skin without giving breakout yet moisurizing it properly.I was quite happy with my neutrogena moisturizer but recently I wanted to change to something and I read about this so I wanted to give this a try.Well to my surprise it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality that too in this price range.
What I like In Ponds Super Light Gel Moisturizer ?
- Extremely budget friendly
- Best gel based moisturizer in this price
- Contains vitamin E and Hyaluronic acid
- Super lightweight
- Makes skin soft and plump.
What I dislike In Ponds Super Light Gel Moisturizer ?
- Tub packaging
Final Thought : If you are a combination/oily skin girl and looking for a good oil free moisturizer in a budget range. Please go ahead with this without a second thought.
